Neopolitan ^^

Haven't drawn Neo in a while, and I've been stuck in a bit of an art block, simply not knowing what to work on. So I decided on doing this. This has to be my new favorite drawing of Neo that I've done. So yeah, hope you guys enjoy and aren't suffering too badly in anticipation for Volume 4. You can bet I am ;-;.
